Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, refund, no-show, waiting time, and additional stop charges before you book.
1. Cancellation by You
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the fare. No refunds for cancellations after the driver has arrived.
2. Cancellation by veridiaeco.com
We may cancel if we cannot provide the service due to force majeure or safety reasons. You will receive a full refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we consider it a no-show. The full fare is charged, and no refund is given.
4. Waiting Time
We provide 10 minutes of free waiting for standard pickups and 20 minutes for airport pickups. After that, a waiting fee of UAH 50 per 10 minutes applies.
5. Additional Stop Charges
Additional stops requested during the trip incur a charge of UAH 100 per stop, added to the final fare.
6. Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
7. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
Your rights are protected under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів». For disputes, contact us first. If unresolved, you may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Information about services is provided in Ukrainian as required by Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної».
If our services require a license under Закон України «Про автомобільний транспорт» and Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності», license details are available upon request.
We process personal data for refunds in accordance with Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».
