These Terms govern passenger road transport services by veridiaeco.com LLC. By booking, you agree.

1. Booking

Bookings confirmed on full payment. Provide accurate details. We may cancel for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

2. Routes, Times, Stops

Indicative; may change due to traffic, weather, or border/checkpoint conditions. We will inform you of significant changes.

3. Vehicle Type

We aim to provide the described vehicle. Substitutions may occur; we will provide a comparable vehicle.

4. Pricing

Prices per passenger, include taxes, exclude personal expenses. May adjust before confirmation.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Arrive on time, comply with safety instructions, hold valid travel documents. You are responsible for your luggage.

6. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Not liable for delays/cancellations from traffic, weather, border/checkpoint conditions, or vehicle availability. Not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Consumers may resolve disputes under the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro Zakhyst Prav Spozhyvachiv». Contact contact@veridiaeco.com first.

8. Personal Data

Processed with consent under the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro Zakhyst Personalnykh Danykh». See Privacy Policy.

9. Cookies

Used with prior consent except strictly necessary ones, per the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro Elektronni Komunikatsiyi».

10. Language

Consumer information provided in Ukrainian as required by the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro Zabezpechennya Funktsionuvannya Ukrayinskoi Movy yak Derzhavnoi». English version for convenience.

11. Advertising

Truthful and substantiated per the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro Reklamu».

12. Licensing

13. Warranty Rights

Governed by the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro Zakhyst Prav Spozhyvachiv».
