You choose the departure window, add the stops you need, and receive a written itinerary with base fare, waiting time and tolls stated before you confirm. Each one carries stated conditions, confirmed before you book. Nothing is added later without your approval.
Send your origin, destination and date. We return a route plan built around your schedule, with time buffers per segment and notes for every stop, not a fixed timetable.
Choose when the car leaves, including early morning and late evening departures. Timing stays subject to traffic, weather and vehicle availability, and we confirm the window in writing.
Add stops for a break, a pickup or a delivery. Each stop is listed with its waiting time and fee, so the final invoice matches the plan you approved.
Base fare, waiting time, tolls and extra stop fees appear in one ledger before booking. No vague price request step, no surcharge discovered at the destination.

Fleet classes
The class is assigned per journey, not per seat. Tell us the passenger count, luggage volume and planned stops, and we confirm the vehicle before departure.

Pricing and conditions
Every quote comes from the same ledger. Rates are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia and confirmed in writing before a vehicle is assigned to your route.

Service questions
Booking windows, planned stops, payment terms and cancellation rules for long-distance chauffeur transfers between Ukrainian cities.
For a standard sedan between Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa or Dnipro, two to three days is usually enough. Minivans, minibuses and weekend departures are best reserved five to seven days ahead. We confirm your driver and plate number by email once the route plan is accepted.
Yes. You pick the departure window and we build the schedule around it. Planned stops such as Zhytomyr, Uman or a road-side break of 30 minutes are added to the route plan in advance. Stops added by the driver during the trip are charged per hour, listed in the service conditions on our pricing conditions table.
The quote covers the base fare, the chauffeur, fuel, vehicle class and the first 30 minutes of waiting at the pick-up point. Tolls, parking, border waiting beyond 60 minutes and extra stops are shown as separate rows with a unit and a condition, so the total is known before you pay.
A 20 percent deposit confirms the vehicle and the departure window; the balance is settled by card, bank transfer or cash in hryvnia at the end of the trip. A receipt with the EDRPOU code is issued for every completed journey.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure returns the deposit in full. Between 24 and 6 hours, half of the deposit is retained. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the deposit amount. Delays caused by weather, checkpoints or road closures are rescheduled at no extra cost.
A business sedan seats three passengers with two large suitcases. A minivan handles six passengers and six bags, and a minibus covers up to sixteen seats for group transfers. All classes have climate control, Wi-Fi and charging ports. Send your route to our route planner and we will recommend the class.
